On 19-20 March 2024, CARE International in Lao PDR welcomed Ms. Katrin von der Dellen, Team Lead Project Development & Donor Engagement, CARE Germany came to visit the Empowering Communities through Participatory Climate Actions Project (WeAct) in Long District, Luang Namtha Province, implemented by CARE Laos, funded by Bread for the World.
The purpose is to monitor the data collection in the target villages and to develop Community Adaptation Action Plans (CAAPs), met with government partners and private sectors to review plans for implementing the activities more effectively.
