On March 08 2023, CARE International in Lao PDR joined the Lao Women’s Union to celebrate International Women’s Day #IWD2023 at That Luang! CARE joined the sports competition and family healthy walk to promote women and girls’ safe access to public spaces, including in digital spaces.
