CARE International in Lao PDR conducted a workshop on climate change and disaster risk management and using the draft GCVCA tool

In the beginning of September 2021, CARE International in Lao PDR conducted a workshop on climate change and disaster risk management and using the draft Gender-Sensitive Climate Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment (GCVCA) Tool.

The purpose of the event was to exchange experiences between CARE Laos and its partners, and to discuss risk analysis and response to climate change. All the lessons learnt from the discussion will be adapted to make positive changes to support the target communities.
