Recently, CARE International in Lao PDR had the pleasure of welcoming Nicolas Tahch, the attaché of Luxembourg in the Lao PDR, to visit health centers and handover medical equipment that will be used to provide health services to the people of Lamam and Dakchueng Districts. He also visited a Village Saving and Loans Association (VSLA), beekeeping activities and coffee production activities.
