Last month, CARE International in Lao PDR together with the Department of Agriculture and Forestry Office handed over the gravity-fed water system
of Khoua Food Security Project to Huayphod village, total budget from the project 312,683,043 kip and Seankham Nuea village, 212,327,000 kip in Khoua District, Phongsaly Province. The water supply system was connected to each house to help reduce the labor of people going to bring water from far away, to help people access clean water for living and agriculture, and most importantly for sustainable use.
