CARE International in Lao PDR has completed the implementation and training of the Village Saving and Loans Associations in Mai, Khoua and Samphan districts, Phongsaly Province

Recently, the Women Empowerment for Climate Resilience Project of CARE International in Lao PDR has completed the implementation and training of the Village Saving and Loans Associations (VSLA) to strengthen the government partners, the project staff and volunteers in Mai, Khoua and Samphan districts as well as implementing the VSLA activity at Om Mok Village, Khoua District, Phongsaly Province.
