At the end of November, CARE International in Lao PDR held a handover ceremony of COVID-19 medical and protective equipment for Phongsaly Provincial Health Office to support Khua, Mai and Samphan District Health Offices for a total amount of US $ 21,111. This donation aims to help medical staff and medical volunteers to provide services to the public and be able to deal effectively with COVID-19.
