On 12 January 2024, CARE International in Lao PDR held the Annual Meeting of the Women Empowerment for Climate Resilience Project (WECR) in Khoua District, Phongsaly Province. The purpose is to summarize the achievements of the implementation of activities and challenges in 2023 and together discuss the planning of activities for 2024 to ensure that all plans will be achieved within the timeframe.
