In last month of March 2023, the Women Empowerment for Climate Resilience Project of CARE International in the Lao PDR together with District of Agriculture and Forestry Office in Khoua, Mai and Samphan Districts along with representatives from the village group veterinarians of the three districts organized training on livestock treatment and vaccination techniques as well as the role of veterinarians at the village level. In addition, they conducted a demonstration of actual vaccinations that was also held at Koungkueay Village, Khoua District, Phongsaly province.
