On May 3, 2023, CARE International in Lao PDR together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism and Lao Journalists Association held the consultation meeting for discussion on project memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the Green Action through Media and Civil Society in Laos (GAMCIL). This meeting aims to improve the content to be more consistent with development plan and to discuss the future plan of the project.
