CARE International in Lao PDR went on a study tour and shared lessons learned for Open Defecation Free (ODF) in Bolikamxay Province

At the end of last month, the Strengthen the Quality of Maternal, Newborn and Child Health Services (Phase III) of CARE International in Lao PDR together with the government partners went on a study tour and shared lessons learned in Bolikamxay Province in order to learn the lessons about the implementation of building a model nutrition village and the work of Open Defecation Free (ODF). After the study tour, they will bring the lessons learned to adapt in the project’s works and ensure it will be able to effectively implement the construction of a model nutrition village and ODF in the target villages.
