Last week, CARE International in Lao PDR, in collaboration with the District Agriculture Office, implemented a crop planting
and maintenance techniques training
for farmers in six villages in Phongsaly Province in order to help them bring these new techniques back to their villages and share the lessons they learned with other farmers.
