CARE International in Lao PDR together with the Provincial and District Agriculture and Forestry Offices went to monitor the water tank and reservoir construction for Khoua Food Security Project

In June 2023, the Khoua Food Security Project (KFSP) of CARE International in Lao PDR together with the Provincial and District Agriculture and Forestry Offices went to monitor the water tank and reservoir construction in Lahang-Mokmang village, Khoua District, Phongsaly Province. The purpose is to lead and provide some technical on the implementation of the construction as well as to make a plan with the community to build water pipe line to the village.
