Last December, the Enhancing Women’s Voice to Stop Sexual Harassment project (STOP) trained staff and garment factory workers at target factories through its Sexual Harassment Prevention Package in order to create an understanding of gender and gender-based violence and to introduce policies to stop sexual harassment in the workplace for garment factory workers.
